The Brief

Only 5 people in leadership positions are black and 80% of companies do not have programs to increase the presence of black people in leadership positions. With that in mind, the Meta Brasil Client Council and EmpregueAfro teamed up to create a mentoring program that can be implemented in any company, so that black careers are accelerated. All materials had to be produced remotely due to the pandemic, and this was our biggest challenge.

Creative insight

No one better than black leaders themselves to teach future leaders. Pulsos Consultoria designed a program divided in 5 modules, containing a total of 49 videos, 13 e-books and 4 podcasts. Executive professionals from companies such as Natura, Pepsico, Feira Preta, Ambev, Nestlé, Facebook and General Motors were invited to lead the classes and podcasts.

My role

My role was to act as a producer, producing all educational materials – including videos, books and podcasts –, creatively directing and managing the team of designers, editors and reviewers. I also curated and recruited the creative team composed entirely of black professionals.
